An initiative to replace the bridge loan associated with a major acquisition with long-term bond financing, including hybrid bonds, straight bonds and euro-denominated bonds, to reduce debt after the acquisition and stabilize the capital base. This also includes the issuance of green bonds for environmental purposes.
