A standalone head office building replacement and redevelopment project based on the urban plan for Kyobashi 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, involving construction of the new TODA Building, including functions of the former head office. As of September 2024, the new TODA Building had been completed and was the main cause of the increase in assets.
