An individual business sale transaction in which part of LIFULL FinTech’s advertising business was first transferred to LHL and then sold to Nippon Life Insurance Company, with the aim of enhancing value under the ownership of a buyer with expertise in the insurance business and concentrating management resources. The transaction was completed in December 2018 for consideration of ¥570 million.
