Expansion of flexible work arrangements, including side jobs and men’s parental leave

A theme focused on supporting flexible work arrangements and work–family balance by expanding side-job and men’s parental leave programs, and extending these initiatives to a four-day workweek, in-house childcare support, and training to help employees balance work with caregiving.
