ヴィア・ホールディングス announced a financial strategy and capital policy roadmap, with a policy of resuming dividends at an early stage and targeting a market capitalization exceeding ¥20 billion. Operating cash flow, borrowings and the exercise of rights will fund the 3-year capital plan.
ヴィア・ホールディングス announced that it had formulated a roadmap for its financial strategy and capital policy. The roadmap centers on the phased redemption of high-cost capital, an early resumption of dividends on common shares and limiting share dilution, with a policy of targeting a market capitalization exceeding ¥20 billion over the medium to long term.
Specifically, the company will prioritize redeeming ¥750 million of Class C preferred shares and ¥500 million of subordinated loans to reduce dividend and interest costs. Under the 3-year cash allocation plan, ¥6.2 billion, comprising ¥3.4 billion in operating cash flow and ¥2.8 billion from borrowings, exercise of subscription rights and other sources, will be allocated to strengthening the financial position, growth investment and shareholder returns.
The resumption of dividends on common shares is subject to net income exceeding approximately ¥300 million and operating profit exceeding approximately ¥600 million, with a payout ratio of 30–50% assumed. The company is considering partial redemption of Class C preferred shares in FY27.3 and plans full redemption and full repayment of subordinated loans in FY28.3.
At the same time, it will pursue reforms to store profitability, new store openings and M&A, targeting operating profit of approximately ¥900 million in FY28.3. The company says the roadmap announcement will have no impact on its consolidated earnings forecast for FY27.3.
