Linc and SHIKIGAKU will co-host an online practical seminar on embedding corporate principles throughout an organisation on 10 September 2026. The seminar is intended for business owners, executives and heads of human resources at companies operating multiple locations. The first half will explain how to translate corporate principles into evaluation criteria, while the second half will cover evaluation design for multicultural teams.
As workplaces grow more diverse, including with an increase in employees from overseas, companies need systems for translating corporate principles into specific evaluation criteria and process indicators. This seminar will provide a practical explanation of how to embed corporate principles and design performance evaluations.
In the first half, SHIKIGAKU will introduce a method for converting corporate principles into evaluation criteria and enabling frontline teams to operate independently, based on examples from companies that have expanded their store networks. In the second half, Linc will explain evaluation design for multicultural teams and the standardisation of interview criteria.
The speakers will be SHIKIGAKU consultant Seigo Sato (佐藤 誠悟) and Junichi Sugita (杉田 純一), Executive Officer of the Linc Platform Division. The seminar will be held online and is primarily intended for business owners, executives and heads of human resources at companies operating multiple locations in industries including food service, nursing care, accommodation and food manufacturing.
