TechnoPro Holdings announced that Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰) was appointed Executive Managing Officer effective 1 November 2026. He will also serve as Representative Director and President of the newly established subsidiary and oversee the consulting solutions business.
TechnoPro Holdings announced that Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰) will also serve as Representative Director and President of TechnoPro Advisory, a subsidiary established on 1 October 2026, and will assume the position of Executive Managing Officer of the group. Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰) will lead the consulting business, which focuses on resolving customer issues at the management level.
Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰) will serve as President of TechnoPro Advisory and also as President of Consulting Partners, an in-house company of TechnoPro. In these roles, he will be responsible for overseeing efforts to link frontline insights to the resolution of management issues and business results.
The group has approximately 30,000 engineers and aims to strengthen its support structure for resolving frontline issues related to AI and digital transformation. The appointment of Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰) is said to be intended to advance the development of a framework for applying frontline awareness of issues and operational expertise from a management perspective.
Representative Director, President and CEO Shimaoka Manabu (嶋岡 学) commented that, under the leadership of Nobukuni Yasushi (信國 泰), the group will advance organizational integration and strengthen the creation of customer value by integrating frontline expertise with the use of AI.
