DAYTONA CORPORATION has launched the new “45B Inner-Weight Handle” for the Rebel250/500 (’25). The grip section is moved approximately 45 mm closer to the rider, while built-in inner weights suppress vibration to improve the riding position.
DAYTONA CORPORATION launched the “45B Inner-Weight Handle” for the 2025 Honda “Rebel250/500” models on 28 September 2025. Designed for bolt-on installation, it positions the grip section approximately 45 mm closer than the stock handlebar to provide a more comfortable riding position.
The product has built-in inner weights to reduce vibration transmitted to the hands, and the switch box’s anti-rotation holes are pre-drilled, eliminating the need for additional machining. Punch marks for positioning the lever holders are also provided, and installation is by bolt-on fitting without replacing the stock components.
There is no need to replace the brake hose, throttle or clutch cables, or wire harness, and the handlebar can also be used with Honda genuine heated grips. Compatible models are the Rebel250 / E-Clutch / S Edition E-Clutch (’25) and Rebel500 (’25), and the tax-inclusive price is ¥14,300.
