尾家産業 reported results for the second quarter of the current fiscal year (April–September 2026), saying that sales in the Tokai-Hokuriku region remained strong, increasing 10% year on year.
Sales from the key private-label initiative rose 9% year on year, while healthcare increased 24% and lodging rose 8%. By area, sales in Fukui and Shizuoka each increased 30% as the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga helped stimulate domestic travel demand.
Beer-garden sales in the Nagoya area declined due in part to the closure of local department stores, but overall growth in tourism demand supported the company’s sales.
