ARR PLANNER raised its consolidated earnings and dividend forecasts for the fiscal year ending January 2027. Revenue was raised to ¥56.5 billion, operating profit to ¥5 billion and net profit to ¥3.25 billion, while the annual dividend was changed to ¥55.
After the close of trading that day, ARR PLANNER raised its consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending January 2027, with revenue increased from ¥54.5 billion to ¥56.5 billion, operating profit from ¥4.05 billion to ¥5 billion and net profit from ¥2.65 billion to ¥3.25 billion. The company also revised its dividend forecast to an annual ¥55, comprising an interim dividend of ¥25 and a year-end dividend of ¥30. Taking the post-split number of shares into account, the total dividend per share is expected to increase.
The company’s unique positioning, “Affordable Luxury,” which combines three strengths, design, performance and price, has supported increases in order intake and total homes ordered. Growth in the number of subdivision homes sold during the first half and recent order and sales trends appear to have led to the upward revision of the forecasts.
The interim results for the six months ended July, announced the same day, showed revenue of ¥27.371 billion (up 19.7% year on year), operating profit of ¥2.513 billion (up 45.5%) and net profit of ¥1.67 billion (up 49.1%). These results appear to be progressing within the forecast range.
