オイレス工業 adopted Works Applications' HUE Lease Accounting to comply with the new lease accounting standard. It expects flexible licensing in preparation for group-wide deployment and optimisation of long-term maintenance costs.
To prepare for the new lease accounting standard, オイレス工業 adopted HUE Lease Accounting, a SaaS solution specialising in lease operations. The company cited as a deciding factor the system's ability to cover, using standard functions, processes including differences between accounting and tax treatment and remeasurement, taking into account compatibility with its existing core system and cost-effectiveness.
The implementation of HUE Lease Accounting will advance compliance with the new lease accounting standard and enable operations with limited additional costs in preparation for group-wide deployment. A licensing model with no limits on the number of users or companies increases flexibility, while the company aims to optimise long-term maintenance costs.
In considering the implementation, compatibility with existing operations was also evaluated, including connectivity with the core system and CSV integration for clearing unpaid amounts. WAP plans to use its more than 15 years of expertise in fixed-asset and lease management to help establish a platform for lease-asset management.
The article states that HUE Lease Accounting is a SaaS solution for large companies that supports accounting processes based on contract information and the automatic generation of journal entries and disclosure information. Going forward, the company plans to ensure compliance with the new lease accounting standard and establish an operating platform for group-wide use.
