CS Lumber announced ordinary profit of ¥290 million for June-August (up 26.2% year on year). Progress against its first-half plan of ¥630 million was 47.1%.
CS Lumber released its earnings after the close of trading on 15 October. Consolidated ordinary profit for June-August was ¥290 million, an increase from the level recorded in the same period of the previous year.
The operating margin on sales for the most recent 3-month period, June-August, improved to 6.3% from 5.5% in the same period of the previous year.
The first-half plan was ¥630 million, representing progress of 47.1%, broadly in line with the 5-year average of 45.1%.
