ITOKI is strengthening its AI-enabled consulting business and expanding into office operations support. It aims to address labor shortages by using its accumulated office-design data.
ITOKI, a major furniture company, has indicated that it plans to expand its AI-enabled consulting services and enhance its proposals to customers by using office-design data accumulated over the years.
The company is focusing not only on office furniture sales but also on office space design, with the office business accounting for approximately 70% of revenue.
Its head office is located in Nihombashi, Tokyo, and includes a customer showroom. More than 20,000 people visit the showroom annually. Part of it was renovated in June.
To capture demand from companies facing labor shortages, ITOKI is strengthening the combination of AI-enabled consulting and operational support.
