EnBio Holdings announced that it will acquire Next Energy & Resources' residential solar power-related business. The acquisition is intended to expand the natural energy business and strengthen its earnings platform, with a focus on growth in the residential sector and expectations for the long-term stable operation and enhanced value of existing power plants.
The acquisition scope includes the development and sales business for residential solar power generation equipment, EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and maintenance services for utility-scale solar power generation equipment, and the overseas business.
The acquisition price has not been disclosed. The scheduled acquisition date is 1 February 2027, and the business will be acquired through a newly established subsidiary scheduled to be established in November 2026.
