TSUZUKI DENKI announced its cloud PBX, “TCloud for Voice.” It enables a fully cloud-based environment without equipment at each location while retaining the usability of conventional business phones and PBX systems, and also supports hybrid operation with on-premises systems.
TSUZUKI DENKI began offering its new cloud PBX, “TCloud for Voice,” in October 2021. Drawing on many years of experience operating business phones and PBX systems, the company highlights its ability to combine the move to the cloud with integration of existing equipment.
Its 5 main features include eliminating the need for equipment at each location. By integrating with NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS's Arcstar IP Voice (Universal One) cloud plan and connecting the external telephone network to the cloud, the service eliminates the need to install gateways such as SBCs. It also retains conventional functions including call answering, call forwarding and call parking, preserving the usability of business phones and PBX systems. In addition, it supports hybrid configurations, allowing a phased migration that makes use of existing PBX equipment while incorporating the benefits of the cloud.
