On 1 October 2026, Shinnihonseiyaku Co.,Ltd. held a job-offer ceremony for 7 new graduate hires scheduled to join the company in April 2027. Approximately 50 employees attended the ceremony in person.

The ceremony was held to help the job offer recipients ease their concerns and take their first new steps with confidence. As part of this effort, the company organised initiatives centred on interaction with senior employees. To create a relaxed atmosphere, time was set aside for networking over boxed lunches prepared by the cafeteria chef, promoting interaction between the job offer recipients and senior employees.
