An online seminar will be held on Monday, 26 October, explaining why referrals do not increase even when bonuses are offered for referral recruiting, as well as techniques for designing incentives and psychological safety. The 2 speakers will be Nakajima Shuhei (仲島修平) and Suzuki Tsubasa (鈴木翼), and the seminar will focus on building a foundation and practical measures.
Following requests from participants for guidance on specific approaches to the “7 Rules for Establishing Referral Recruiting: Practical Edition” seminar held in August 2026, the first installment of a new series will be released. This seminar will take an in-depth look at incentive design and psychological safety, the foundations of referral recruiting.
The live stream will run from 15:00 to 16:00 on Monday, 26 October 2026, and the archive will be available from 14:00 to 15:00 on Wednesday, 28 October 2026. Participation is free, capacity is limited to 50 people on a first-come, first-served basis, and the seminar will be streamed via Zoom.
The speakers will be Nakajima Shuhei (仲島修平), General Manager of the Customer Success Department at Willof Partner Co., Ltd., and Suzuki Tsubasa (鈴木翼), a consultant in the same department. Drawing on their experience and track record supporting the operation of referral recruiting, they will explain how to create an environment in which employees can make referrals with confidence and how to improve communication.
The seminar is intended for companies that have introduced referral recruiting but are struggling to attract referrals, companies that have not achieved results simply by offering bonuses, and companies considering an environment that reduces psychological barriers. Practical questions will be addressed through a Q&A session.
