OBIC BUSINESS CONSULTANTS CO.,LTD. (OBC) will add a FAX delivery function as an option for “Bugyo Edge Issued Invoices DX Cloud,” providing an environment in which postal mail, email, Web delivery and FAX can be centrally managed and delivery work automated.
The optional service “Postal Mail/FAX Agency Service for Issued Invoices DX Cloud,” which adds a FAX delivery function to the cloud service “Bugyo Edge Issued Invoices DX Cloud” for issuing invoices, has been launched, establishing a system for centrally managing different delivery methods for each business partner.
Although invoice digitalisation is progressing, demand for postal mail and FAX is expected to continue. OBC aims to prevent omissions in delivery work and reduce the operational burden by selecting and automating the appropriate delivery method for each business partner.
The function enables invoices to be sent in bulk regardless of whether email, Web delivery, postal mail or FAX is used, and allows users to view delivery histories in a single list. It also supports implementation by linking invoice PDFs and CSV data directly with sales management systems in their existing formats.
After implementation, the service can also send arbitrary files such as delivery notes, purchase orders and payment notices. Direct integration with “Shokuzo Bugyo Cloud” and “Saiken Bugyo Cloud” enables operations to be expanded without changing existing systems, according to the announcement.
