KOKUYO’s Human Resources Department will hold a seminar presenting the full picture of organizational and talent transformation that fosters autonomy. The seminar will be held from 14:00 on 20 October 2026, and participation is free.
To mark its 120th anniversary, KOKUYO is pursuing organizational and talent transformation involving updates to its organization and culture, rather than superficial changes to its systems. The seminar will be held as part of the initiatives supporting the realization of this mission.
The seminar will explain how the organization is breaking through the barriers to reform by building a talent story and shifting the mindset of its leaders, while also presenting the full picture of the changes that have taken place on the front lines. It will focus not only on developments within the Human Resources organization but also on trends at the operational level.
