ブランジスタ announced a capital alliance under which it will transfer part of the shares in its consolidated subsidiary to HHG, a leading Taiwanese e-commerce services provider. The company plans to strengthen support for cross-border e-commerce in Southeast Asia and promote the use of sales infrastructure integrating commercial and logistics flows.
On 27 August 2026, ブランジスタ announced a capital alliance under which it will transfer part of the shares in its consolidated subsidiary, ブランジスタソリューション, to HHG. The purpose is to strengthen support for cross-border e-commerce in the Southeast Asian market and further deepen cooperation between the two companies.
ブランジスタソリューション provides one-stop services for operating e-commerce websites, while HHG has provided sales support on Taiwanese e-commerce platforms, logistics and customer service. Through the alliance, the companies will promote the overseas expansion of Japanese businesses and the reciprocal use of their sales networks in Southeast Asia.
The companies said they plan to utilize Southeast Asian sales infrastructure that integrates commercial flows using AI and live commerce with logistics. ブランジスタソリューション will remain a consolidated subsidiary of ブランジスタ after the share transfer, and a gain on the sale of shares in an affiliated company is expected to be recorded as extraordinary income in ブランジスタ's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 2027.
The alliance is expected to contribute to the development of the cross-border e-commerce market, and its future progress will be closely watched.
