Itoham Yonekyu Holdings and Future Architect have launched in earnest the Logistics Transformation Project, which aims to improve the efficiency of transport and delivery through the visualisation and analysis of logistics data.
Under the project, the two companies have been building since September a transport and delivery visualisation platform that centrally manages load factors, transport routes and logistics costs. The platform is scheduled to go live in autumn 2027.
After launch, they will consider joint transport and delivery and logistics efficiency initiatives that extend beyond individual companies, with the aim of improving the sustainability of food logistics.
