The Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers' Association announced that FOOMA JAPAN 2027 will be held from 8 to 11 June 2027 at all of the East Exhibition Halls at Tokyo Big Sight, with exhibitor applications opening on 1 September. Marking the exhibition's 50th edition, the event will feature 21 fields and a startup zone, with participation applications accepted online.
The Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers' Association announced that it will hold FOOMA JAPAN 2027, the comprehensive food manufacturing exhibition marking its 50th edition. The event will run for 4 days, from 8 to 11 June 2027, at all of the East Exhibition Halls at Tokyo Big Sight (Halls 1–8).
The theme of the exhibition is “CREATE THE FUTURE WITH FOOMA!” Applications will be accepted for participation in all 21 exhibiting fields and the startup zone. Exhibitor applications will be accepted online through the official website.
Exhibitor applications will open at 10:00 a.m. on 1 September 2026 and close at 11:59:59 p.m. on 15 October, with online applications available.
Additional initiatives are also planned, including the FOOMA Award 2027 and the introduction of FOOMA ID readers, covering such areas as visitor information use and the awards program. Exhibiting companies will seek business opportunities through displays showcasing the future of food manufacturing technology.
With the exhibition being held across all the halls and marking a milestone in its history, the event is positioned to attract the attention of industry participants.
