Canon Marketing Japan (Canon MJ) and Canon ITS Medical will exhibit at the Medical DX EXPO held as part of Medical Japan Tokyo at Makuhari Messe from 7 to 9 October 2026. The exhibition will showcase solutions that support more efficient reception services and medical information management at hospitals and clinics.
The main exhibits will include Hi-CARA2, a next-generation facial recognition card reader for online eligibility verification; PrimeKarte, an electronic medical record system; an electronic medical record solution for clinics; the LX-D400, an RFID-compatible colour label printer; P-CUBE+g, a system linking medical claims processing and cloud-based medication records; and RURA, a remote customer service platform. Through demonstrations, the companies will present ways to use these solutions to digitise reception services, centralise medical information management and improve the efficiency of in-hospital operations.
Through dialogue with visitors, the companies aim to identify needs in the field and apply them to improvements in future solutions and services. This 2026 event, the second Medical DX EXPO Tokyo, will feature the companies' exhibits at booth 16-56.
