フィル・イノベーション・ラボ was awarded a contract to operate Nakano Ward’s entrepreneurship education promotion program. Through the use of movable assets and public-private collaboration, it will develop next-generation entrepreneurs and revitalize underutilized spaces.
フィル・イノベーション・ラボ announced that it had been awarded a contract to operate the “FY2026 Entrepreneurship Education Promotion Program (Sales Experience Program)” publicly solicited by Nakano Ward, Tokyo. Drawing on its expertise in space solutions centered on the use of movable assets, フィル・イノベーション・ラボ will advance the program as a public-private partnership (PPP) project. In awarding the contract, the company was recognized for its plan to use trailer houses to develop next-generation entrepreneurs while creating vibrancy in the local community.
The program is based on Nakano Ward’s vision of developing next-generation entrepreneurship to increase the value of land that is difficult to use, including small or irregularly shaped plots, and support the sustainable development of local communities. By using YADOKARI株式会社’s trailer houses, the project will combine the mobility of movable assets with フィル・イノベーション・ラボ’s expertise in space production to promote sustainable community development tailored to local micro-needs.
Going forward, the company plans to expand its operations in collaboration with local governments regardless of location or scale, drawing on its track record in public-private collaboration and expertise in using public land. Under the フィル・カンパニー Group’s purpose of “filling gaps in communities with creativity,” it will expand the provision of space solutions.
As an affiliated company of the フィル・カンパニー Group, フィル・イノベーション・ラボ has explained its organizational and support structures for developing a space solutions business centered on the use of movable assets.
