This news announces that Creek & River Co., Ltd. will make archive footage from last year’s online seminar, “Learn UX Research with UX Designer Matt Penna,” available free of charge. The archive covers 3 sessions, Vol. 3, Vol. 4, and Vol. 5, which are scheduled to be streamed online on 15 October, 22 October, and 29 October, respectively.
Vol. 3 covers 3 basic UX research methods: contextual inquiry, surveys, and A/B testing. Vol. 4 explains how to apply research findings to products and business through analysis and communication, while Vol. 5 discusses building a continuous, systematic research program and the core areas for creating business value.
Participation is free, and capacity is 60 people per session. The sessions will be held online. Although the seminars are conducted in English, Japanese viewing is available through simultaneous interpretation. Inquiries are handled by the company’s PEC Secretariat.
