昭栄薬品 has been expanding its chemicals business, centered on oleochemicals made from natural fats and oils. Its offerings include surfactant-based functional products, household and disaster-prevention items, and civil engineering and construction materials. エアロネクスト develops joint-development and licensing businesses, SkyHub, and drone operations centered on its 4D GRAVITY center-of-gravity control technology.
The two companies aim to jointly evolve from the conventional product sales model into a solutions business that delivers products at the optimal time, place and in the optimal manner, and includes application and installation services. They will consider solutions to address challenges across a wide range of fields, including agriculture, wildlife damage control, disaster management and infrastructure inspections, with the aim of promoting joint businesses over the medium to long term and creating new markets.
