Advasa Holdings, Inc. completed a direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market. Trading under the ticker symbol ADBT, the listing opens a new path to capital market access spanning investors in the United States and Japan.
Tokyo-based Advasa Holdings, Inc. completed a direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market on 25 August 2026. Trading under the ticker symbol “ADBT,” the listing sets a precedent for a Japanese company’s direct entry into the U.S. public markets.
While IPOs and SPACs have traditionally been used for such transactions, the company demonstrated a route to U.S. market access for Japanese companies by using a Delaware holding company structure and completing a direct SEC registration.
The transaction was led by the Capital Markets Group of Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis law firm. Its leader, Craig D. Linder, said that he has spent many years pursuing innovative paths for Japanese companies to enter the U.S. market.
The transaction is described as demonstrating that Japanese companies have options beyond conventional listing methods, and is positioned as an example that opens a new door to the U.S. capital markets.
