KHネオケム appointed Fujima Toshiaki (藤間敏明) as its new president and CEO. He will take office on 1 January 2027, and the current president and CEO, Takahashi Masao (高橋理夫), will change to chairman with representative authority as of the same date.
After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Metropolitan University, Fujima Toshiaki (藤間敏明) joined 協和発酵工業. He became a director in 2025 and served as a director and senior executive officer in 2026, building his management experience at KHネオケム.
Fujima Toshiaki (藤間敏明) is from Ibaraki Prefecture and is 52 years old. The new structure reflects partial changes to the company’s management team accompanying the change in president and CEO.
The personnel change is viewed as being intended to rebuild KHネオケム’s medium-term management policy and organizational operations, although details of its specific business strategy remain to be announced.
