AAIP has organized 100 business processes at Japanese companies into 7 AI business templates and launched an initiative to reduce the cost of implementing AI business applications by up to 25%. The templates will be available from 5 November 2026, and a campaign for the first 10 customers will also be held.
AAIP will begin offering AAIP business templates, consolidating 100 frequently occurring business processes at Japanese companies into 7 templates and standardizing the process from business design through implementation. The initiative aims to lower the barriers to adopting AI and accelerate business deployment within a short period.
A standard project is expected to allocate approximately 30% of effort each to understanding the business, defining the scope and adjusting data, with approximately 10% allocated to testing and adjustments. By using templates to reduce the effort required for understanding the business and defining the scope to approximately half, and AI-tool configuration to approximately half, AAIP aims to reduce implementation costs by up to 25%.
The templates will be provided as predefined files containing 7 standard formats, customization procedures for each business process and guardrail settings, reducing the effort required to determine where AI should be used.
To mark the launch, AAIP will offer a campaign for new customers, limited to the first 10 companies, to build an internal AI help desk for inquiries at ¥500,000 per topic. An online launch seminar will also be held.
