アスマーク announced its financial results after the market close on 15 October. For the nine months ended August 2026, consolidated ordinary profit was ¥33 million, down 86.5% year on year, while trends in net sales versus the same period of the previous year indicated a deterioration in business profitability.
The company substantially revised downward its full-year ordinary profit forecast from the previous forecast of ¥210 million to ¥80 million. As a result, the expected rate of decline in profit is projected to widen further from the previous outlook.
In addition, under the revised outlook for the second half, consolidated ordinary profit and loss for the six months ended November is expected to be revised downward from the previous forecast of a profit to a loss of approximately ¥55 million. Based on results as of the third quarter, net sales for the nine-month period remained in line with past performance, while profitability was affected by factors including a higher ratio of outsourcing costs.
