NIPPON KINZOKU CO.,LTD. began contract manufacturing of aeration equipment for 三機工業. The company announced that full-scale manufacturing began in July at its Fukushima Plant, establishing an integrated operation covering the supply of components for ultrafine bubble aeration equipment through assembly, inspection and shipment.
NIPPON KINZOKU CO.,LTD. has entered into an outsourcing agreement with 三機工業 covering aeration equipment and has begun contract manufacturing. The agreement as a whole was concluded last August, and the company has been working to establish a mass-production system. Ultrafine bubble aeration equipment is characterized by its energy efficiency.
Full-scale manufacturing began at the Fukushima Plant in Shirakawa, with the mass-production system becoming operational in July. Roll-forming technology at the plant has been adopted for the stainless steel frames used as major components, allowing the plant to handle the entire manufacturing process, from component supply through product assembly, inspection, packing and shipment.
The aeration equipment is positioned as high-performance equipment designed to improve oxygen transfer efficiency, and may affect future market expansion. 三機工業 is promoting initiatives involving the product as a strategic offering, which is expected to form part of efforts to strengthen its supply chain.
