OA Entertainment, BLACKPINK's Jennie's agency, has revealed that she is preparing for her comeback with the aim of announcing a new EP at the end of August. She is expected to return after a short interval of roughly one month following the release of her single Less than a Lover on 24 July.
Jennie has performed new songs at major festivals around the world, including the Governors Ball Music Festival in the United States, Denmark's Roskilde Festival, Spain's Mad Cool Festival 2026 and Japan's SUMMER SONIC. Several new songs, including the same song, are expected to be included on the EP, according to reports.
In addition to Less than a Lover, which she has performed on festival stages, the new EP may include songs such as FALLEN ANGEL and lockitdown, reports say. Jennie also attended an event commemorating the 10th anniversary of BLACKPINK's debut on 8 August.
