Natsume’s Book of Friends merchandise will go on sale at Shimamura stores nationwide on 9 September. Sales will also begin on the same day through Shimamura Park, the online store, from 3 p.m.
The lineup will center on apparel, bags and pass cases, with a range of designs including all-over patterns featuring Nyanko Sensei, designs depicting the character across the entire item, and simple designs suitable for everyday use.
The apparel is mainly aimed at women and includes T-shirts, character socks and relaxing pants. The pass cases feature a cat-ear design, while cat motifs are also incorporated into items including backpacks, Boston bags and pouches.
The products will be available simultaneously at Shimamura stores nationwide and through Shimamura Park. Online sales are scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. on 9 September.
