BALNIBARBI Co.,Ltd. and Value Design announced that they will jointly promote workforce utilization to facilitate support between stores by using Ripiske, their own spot-work service. As the first step, they will begin coordinating inter-store support for existing staff and plan to expand eligibility to alumni talent in the future.
To address workforce utilization challenges faced by restaurant companies operating multiple stores, BALNIBARBI Co.,Ltd. and Value Design announced an initiative using their own spot-work service, Ripiske, to promote flexible workforce deployment and redeployment between stores.
As the first step, Ripiske will be introduced to coordinate support between stores for existing staff across the BALNIBARBI group. By publishing help vacancies and accepting applications, staff will be able to work at other stores, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the coordination process.
Eligibility will subsequently be expanded from existing staff to alumni talent and others, with the service developed as the company’s own spot-work platform. The companies plan to build a system that reduces reliance on external services and makes use of their internal talent pool.
The two companies position this initiative as a first step and aim to build a new workforce utilization model for the restaurant industry by gradually expanding the scope of inter-store support.
Value Design is a wholly owned subsidiary of Paycloud Holdings Inc. and operates its business around cashless payments and marketing.
