CHANGE, a subsidiary of CHANGE Holdings, and 札幌ドーム have entered into a business partnership and will establish the “Sapporo Dome Academy,” a talent-development hub based at PREMIST DOME. As its first initiative, they will hold the “Hokkaido Mirai Design Camp” in December 2026.
CHANGE, a subsidiary of CHANGE Holdings, and 札幌ドーム have entered into a business partnership and will launch an initiative to develop talent for regional revitalisation using PREMIST DOME. The parties aim to create a framework that links learning with solutions to regional issues.
As the first initiative under the partnership, they will hold the first business programme of Sapporo Dome Academy, “Hokkaido Mirai Design Camp: Thinking About the Future of PREMIST DOME.” The programme will use design thinking and Life Kinetik to develop participants’ ability to identify issues, generate ideas and solve problems. It will be held on 12–13 December 2026 at Daiwa House PREMIST DOME (Sapporo Dome).
The programme is open to both individuals and corporations. The parties will promote the formation of issue-solving teams by participants who complete the programme, as well as collaboration with government bodies and third-sector organisations. It will be hosted by 札幌ドーム and CHANGE, with plans to continue implementing talent-development programmes and strengthen collaboration on regional issue resolution.
Going forward, the parties aim to validate and improve the programme, link it with government initiatives and develop it as a model for other regions. CHANGE will play a role in connecting learning with practical application in pursuit of solutions through digitalisation and on-the-ground support, and in extending the benefits of learning to local communities.
