MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Corporation acquired 7 properties through a new issuance during its 17th fiscal period, but despite a substantial increase in rental revenue, its actual distribution per investment unit was ¥2,700 due to a decline in gains on property sales and higher interest expenses.
MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Corporation released its results for the 17th fiscal period, the fiscal year ending August 2026.
