A Chugin-affiliated human resources services company will integrate Chugoku Bank’s consulting operations and strengthen its support structure, providing consistent assistance from organizational development through talent acquisition and development. The integration will take effect on 2 November.
ちゅうぎんヒューマンイノベーションズ (Okayama) will integrate the organizational and human resources consulting services of Chugoku Bank’s Consulting Sales Department. The company will thereby add consulting capabilities and establish a structure that can provide consistent support from organizational development through talent acquisition and development.
Following the integration, the company will centralize at its offices consultations concerning human resources received by Chugoku Bank’s branches. It will identify companies’ management challenges and organizational conditions and work alongside them to resolve issues involving personnel systems and recruitment.
A company representative said that, after identifying clients’ needs, the company will connect them with suitable talent and contribute to improving retention rates. The aim is to strengthen support for the human resources functions of regional companies.
