Going forward, the parties will work together from designing AI- and data-based solutions based on business challenges through implementation and adoption in the field, accelerating the creation of results.
Under the partnership, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) from estie and employees of Mitsui Fudosan Co.,Ltd. will form a joint team, with the aim of developing AI and digital transformation talent and advancing the AI and data utilization platform through individual projects. To achieve the talent development objectives set out in the group’s DX policy, “DX VISION 2030,” learning from actual projects will be fed back into the platform.
Against the backdrop of rapid advances in generative AI, business transformation across entire organizations, in addition to improving individual productivity, is becoming increasingly important. Mitsui Fudosan Co.,Ltd. says approximately 90% of its employees use AI routinely and has set a policy of accelerating the development of DX business talent by 2030.
