Collaborative menu items using EBARA Foods products will be sold at Kawasaki Frontale's official café, “FRO CAFE.” The sales period is from 20 October (Tuesday) to 21 November (Saturday), with information also provided on a special website.
The menu comprises 2 items: “Chicken yakiniku bibimbap bowl” (¥1,280, tax included) and “Chikara udon” (¥1,300, tax included). The dishes are centered on combinations of chicken yakiniku sauce and vegetables. The products used are listed as “MoMi garlic miso” and “Puchitto Nabe Yose-nabe,” respectively.
The chicken yakiniku bibimbap bowl is described as hearty and richly seasoned, with a soft-boiled egg topping designed to provide nutritional balance and make the dish easier to eat.
