Fujiko’s Skin Plumper sold out in a record 22 hours during advance sales on its official EC site, followed by repeated stock shortages after general release. In response to demand, the company announced a decision to convert it into a standard product in spring 2027.
Advance sales on the official EC site began on 24 September, and the product sold out within 22 hours of launch. This was the fastest sellout in the history of the official Fujiko EC site.
Stocks were also insufficient at the general release on 1 October, with numerous stores selling out. In response, a policy was announced to switch the product from limited-quantity sales to a standard product.
On 6 October, the company announced its decision to make the product part of the standard lineup just 5 days after general release. Standard sales are planned from spring onward.
The product overview is as follows: Skin Plumper is priced at ¥1,815 including tax, with 1.3g of powder and 1.0g of cream. It was developed jointly by かならぼ, the maker of the makeup brand Fujiko, and MUSCAT GROUP, under the supervision of Saeki Yusuke (佐伯裕介).
