Goodnotes was integrated under its parent brand, Good Systems, while the 2 new products unveiled the same day were Good Meet, an AI meeting-notes tool, and Ondera, a tool for worksites. It was announced that Japan had become the world's No. 1 corporate market.
At a presentation held in Tokyo on 27 October 2026, Goodnotes announced that it would come under its parent brand, Good Systems. Alongside Goodnotes, it also announced the 2 new products Good Meet and Ondera. The products will operate as part of Good Systems, and both new products are currently in an early English-language beta, with Japanese-language support and availability in Japan being prepared.
Good Meet is an AI meeting-notes tool that automatically transcribes and summarizes meetings and organizes next actions. It was described as being designed so that conversation content is not visible to third parties. Transcription is completed on the device, while summarization is performed in a confidential computing environment. Sharing uses end-to-end encryption, and it was explained that even Goodnotes engineers cannot view the contents of notes.
Ondera is a vertical solution for architecture and construction sites that uses AI to convert handwritten comments into tasks. A case study involving Open House Architect showed reductions in daily work hours, productivity improvements and reduced printing. In Japan, it is at the English-language early-beta stage, with Japanese-language support being prepared.
Regarding the Japanese market, Goodnotes announced that Japan had become its largest corporate market worldwide. It also said that sales by its Japanese entity had more than doubled year on year, attributing the results to the local Japanese team providing direct customer support. In education, Goodnotes is providing Education free of charge and expanding its Android version, and it also introduced collaborations for Japanese schools and educational settings. In December, it plans to showcase a new product for the AEC sector at Japan Build Tokyo.
