The newly established VRain Career will strengthen recruitment of talent to support the expansion of AI systems and DX consulting, overseas expansion and the development of operations in the physical AI sector, while establishing a talent supply base for the manufacturing industry.
Business operations are scheduled to begin during the current fiscal year, and the impact on FY2027/2 results is expected to be immaterial.
