Ichikawa announced that it had raised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the first half of the current fiscal year from ¥600 million to ¥940 million and expected to raise its full-year forecast as well. The announcement was made during the afternoon session on 30 October.
Ichikawa raised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 (April-September) from the previous forecast of ¥600 million to ¥940 million.
Ordinary profit in the same period of the previous year was ¥940 million, which was also shown to be at a similar level to the new forecast.
The company disclosed its policy of also raising its full-year earnings outlook.
