シンク・アイ and MAZIN have formed a capital partnership, with 2 people from MAZIN joining Ntec's management team. As a first step toward creating long-term value together, the companies will advance the use of AI and software technologies in design and manufacturing operations.
シンク・アイ, which supports business succession for small and medium-sized Japanese manufacturing companies, and MAZIN, which develops AI and software for manufacturing equipment, have entered into a capital partnership to build a long-term partnership. As a first step, 2 people from MAZIN will join the management team of Ntec, operated by the シンク・アイ Group.
MAZIN uses AI technologies, including AI drawing-detailing technology, to automatically generate dimensioned 2D drawings in DXF format for individual parts from 3D STEP data files. Starting with this partnership, the company will expand the scope of its support for design operations, share knowledge gained on the production floor within the group, and work to strengthen its competitiveness.
Ntec designs and manufactures press machines, automated machinery and custom machinery, and builds robotic systems. As members of the management team, MAZIN's 2 people will be involved in operating the business and incorporate AI and software expertise, along with a business development perspective. MAZIN has also taken an equity stake in Ntec, establishing a structure aimed at long-term business growth.
