To mark nana's green tea's 25th anniversary, 七葉, an affiliate of Daikoku Denki, will offer its Salted Matcha Tiramisu Parfait and Salted Matcha Latte nationwide for a limited time from 5 November.
The third anniversary offering celebrating nana's green tea's 25th anniversary has been announced: products combining matcha with salt to bring out matcha's umami. Sales are scheduled to run from 5 November to 25 December 2026 at stores nationwide, with some locations excluded.
The Salted Matcha Tiramisu Parfait is a lavish combination of 12 layered ingredients, topped with fleur de sel, a crystalline salt from Tango, Kyoto. The parfait combines matcha cream, matcha red bean paste, matcha sponge, matcha ice cream, matcha jelly and matcha syrup, and is also available for takeaway.
The Salted Matcha Latte is prepared with matcha made exclusively from first-harvest tea leaves from Yamamasa Koyamaen. The richness of kuromitsu syrup and the salt bring out the umami and sweetness of the matcha. Soy milk can be substituted for regular milk, and takeaway is available.
The prices, including tax, are ¥1,790 for the Salted Matcha Tiramisu Parfait and ¥790 for the Salted Matcha Latte. Both are available in limited quantities and sales will end once supplies run out.
Details of the products and sales are provided in nana's green tea's official release, which states that some stores are excluded from the nationwide rollout.
