リネットジャパン has entered into a capital and business alliance with SG Holdings and JX Metals Circular Solutions to jointly build a resource recovery platform for small appliances and other items. The parties aim to increase collection volumes and expand the range of eligible items.
On 19 October 2026, リネットジャパン conducted a capital increase through a third-party allotment to SG Holdings (SGHD) and JX Metals Circular Solutions as the allottees, and announced a capital and business alliance.
リネットジャパン has built a nationwide network centered on the collection of small appliances, and has increased collection volumes through partnerships with local governments, manufacturers, retailers and e-commerce operators.
The alliance aims to build on the existing collection infrastructure by expanding the range of items collected, the user base and collection channels, while jointly developing a platform to recover resources from collected items and convert them into materials.
リネットジャパン will plan, build and operate the collection platform. JX Metals Circular Solutions will promote advanced resource recovery by leveraging its technologies, facilities and expertise in analysis, smelting and conversion into materials. SG Holdings will build and enhance reverse logistics by leveraging its nationwide logistics network and expertise.
