At JIMTOF 2026, Azbil TACO plans to exhibit a next-generation fog lubrication system as its main product. The system is described as providing a stable oil supply even when conditions change, while enabling the monitoring and use of lubrication status data through communications. The exhibit will be jointly presented by Azbil and アズビルトレーディング at booth W4070.
The booth will feature a reference exhibit of the next-generation fog lubrication system, which is intended to contribute to higher speeds and greater precision in machine tools. Related equipment will also be introduced, including the NC lathe tool-breakage detection unit ‘Model U4DM01’ and the ‘H3R’ unit, which detects spindle stroke information and contributes to machine compactness.
Azbil’s exhibits will include the tool-breakage detection unit ‘Model U4DM01’ and the proximity sensor ‘H3R’. アズビルトレーディング will introduce the automatic-door entrapment detection safety edge switch ‘Model GS-M01’ and the 3-axis vibration and temperature sensor ‘QM30VT3’. The booth will also propose visualisation of operating conditions through a combination of measurement, control and communications functions.
