Fukutokucho Shurui will launch a new light, dry-style product. Made with 100% domestically grown rice and clear, pure natural water, it delivers a light mouthfeel through the Instant Chilling brewing method. It will be released on 28 September 2026.
The new item is part of the Sutto-Style Smooth and Gentle Sake series and will be launched as a light, dry-style sake with an alcohol content of at least 13% and less than 14%. It is designed to be enjoyed in a variety of ways throughout the year, including chilled, at room temperature and warm.
Using 100% domestically grown rice and clear, pure natural water from a region rich in nature, the product achieves a light mouthfeel and the full flavor of rice through the distinctive Instant Chilling brewing method.
The product is scheduled to be offered in a large size for everyday enjoyment and launched as a new item in the series.
