ORO Co.,Ltd., provider of the cloud-based ERP Reforma PSA, began offering a new design for external-facing forms with the version upgrade carried out in August 2026. The layouts of documents submitted to business partners, including quotations, invoices and purchase orders, have been reorganized so that important information, such as amounts, is displayed more clearly.
The new design includes layout adjustments and changes to the position of the consumption tax breakdown, with the stated aim of facilitating communication with business partners. Forms using the current design will remain available as of August 2026, but are scheduled to be hidden around December 2026.
Reforma, a cloud-based ERP specialized for project-based businesses, has been adopted by more than 500 companies cumulatively. The company will continue improving its functionality based on user feedback, with the aim of contributing to higher productivity.
