Salon de Sweets, located at Chef's Row on the 4th floor of Ikspiari at Tokyo Disney Resort, will begin offering its renewed drink bar and salad bar on Monday, 5 October 2026. The new buffet experience centers on a format that allows guests to customize their selections.
The newly introduced Specialty Drink Bar will operate as an all-you-can-drink station offering more than 38 beverages, centered on the tea brand amsu tea. The selection includes 16 amsu tea varieties, allowing guests to enjoy tea pairings combining flavored teas, black teas and herbal teas.
The Custom Salad Bar has evolved into a corner where guests can create their own combinations from 24 toppings and 14 vegetables and deli items. The toppings, which include superfoods, feature quinoa, chia seeds and roasted flaxseed, among others.
